Buonissimi 2025: ALTAMURA OP Supporting Research and Solidarity

Once again, ALTAMURA OP will take part in Buonissimi 2025, the event that combines gastronomic excellence, local identity, and solidarity in an evening dedicated to research and shared values.

The event will take place on Monday, June 23, at the beautiful Marina d’Arechi Port Village in Salerno, where chefs, producers, and local companies will come together to support important research initiatives.

For ALTAMURA OP, participating in events such as Buonissimi means sharing a daily commitment to agriculture based on care, quality, and respect for the territory. A commitment that begins in cultivation and continues through the promotion of local products that represent the identity of Campania’s agri-food tradition.

During the evening, our chef ambassadors Geppino Croce and Carmine Pieno will present “Acqua Verde”, a summer reinterpretation of the traditional Italian dish “acqua sale,” prepared using ingredients grown by ALTAMURA OP member farms and enriched with buffalo mozzarella pearls.

A dish that expresses simplicity, freshness, and territorial identity while highlighting high-quality ingredients and the strong connection between agriculture, cuisine, and Mediterranean culture.

Taking part in Buonissimi also means supporting projects that create real value for the local community and for people, demonstrating how the agri-food sector can actively contribute to social and charitable initiatives.

Through its participation, ALTAMURA OP continues its path focused on sustainability, enhancement of local productions, and support for projects that look toward the future with responsibility and social awareness.
