The Altamura Producers Organization is further enriched by welcoming the Unifruit Condoluci 1960 farm into its family, an important company located in Metaponto (Basilicata).
The Altamura OP project to gather, under a single flag, the most innovative and efficient agricultural realities continues to collect new members, of which the Unifruit Condoluci 1960 Agricultural Company, specialized in the production of melons, strawberries, citrus fruits and vegetables, is just the last example.
Each company present in the OP is selected primarily for the affinity of values with the project, such as the propensity for innovation, attention to quality, rigor in compliance with production standards and attitude to eco-sustainability.
With the entry of the Lucanian company, the production area of Altamura OP expands further, adding to the current other 250 hectares.
The Unifruit Condoluci 1960 farm
The Unifruit Condoluci 1960 farm is an all-Italian company that deals with the
cultivation of yellow melon and other fruit and vegetable products typical of southern Italy and the Metapontino area, in Basilicata.
The yellow Rillo melon and other fruit and vegetable products grown by Condoluci, such as
strawberries, citrus fruits, vegetables and vegetables, are in great demand on international markets as well as in Italy.
